• On-device storage: Training session data and preferences are kept in an encrypted database on your device using iOS data protection. • Cloud storage: Account, analytics, and diagnostic data are stored in secure Firebase servers located in the United States and European Union. • Encryption: Data in transit uses TLS 1.2+ and data at rest is encrypted by our service providers. • Access controls: Only authorized personnel with a legitimate business need can access production systems.
Cross-border transfers may occur when data is processed by our service providers. When transferring data from the UK or EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data Retention
• Account data: Retained while your account remains active. We delete or anonymize account data within 30 days of verified deletion requests unless required to keep it longer for legal obligations. • Training session data: Stored locally on your device and, if you enable cloud sync, retained until you delete it or close your account. • Analytics data: Retained by Firebase for up to 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted. • Subscription records: Retained as long as necessary for billing, tax, and dispute purposes. • Support communications: Retained for up to 24 months to resolve your request and maintain service history.

This will not affect prior processing.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have additional rights such as objection to processing or restriction of processing. We will honor these rights when applicable law requires.
